breakfast selection pool area filtered water unwelcoming staff impersonal atmosphere hidden deposit
The breakfast had a good selection, covering different tastes. the pool area had plenty of space. filtered water was available at reception. This reduced plastic bottle use.
The staff at the front desk was not always cute. i found the atmosphere a bit impersonal. It lacked a warm touch.

I was told breakfast was included, but then a staff member said i needed to pay extra. It was awkward. then, i was told i had to find another place to stay. It was late, and finding new accommodations was stressful.

the breakfast buffet included a great food selection. the location to the city is a bonus! the bed was super comfy.
I had to pay a 50$ deposit when i arrived. i ended up complaining and i didn't pay them. it was what i didn't like. the tv was not a smart tv
